Return Policy
We don't approve returning or exchanging orders except in two cases which are ..

- Receiving different order from the one you submitted & recorded in our website

- Receiving damaged order & in that case we approve return or exchange if you informed us about the problem on the day of delivery in a period of time shall not exceed 24 hours accompanied with a clear photo for the damaged order as received.

When return happens, the customer is eligible for refund within 7days via Bank Accounts, Vodafone Cash or gets a Glow & Show Voucher for their next order. 

If the customer rejected receiving the order with no reason they will have to pay half of the cost and the pick-up return fees.
